The Concord stair project is completed in the very capable hands of Colonial Woodworking.
Per the detailed drawings from the Foley Fiore Architecture team, Colonial Woodworking installed the custom newel posts and handrail with exact precision.
After design discussions with the client, it was decided to stain the treads and handrail to match the new walnut stained floor on the first floor with the existing rehabilitated oak floor on the second. This allowed for greater continuity between each of the spaces.
A perfect sky blue from Farrow and Ball with a gorgeous Urban Electric pendant at the top of the stairs completes the rehabilitated stair tower.
